Training Programmes

We run three weekend training courses each year at our Training Sites at Helensburgh or Cardross, or at our Test Site at Kilsyth. The site offers a range of interesting  and challenging walling features for both the beginner and skilled waller.

We have a number of trained qualified instructors who are skilled in the craft. They will oversee the training, answer questions and provide advice throughout. The courses start at 9.00 and finish around 16.00 each day, with suitable breaks throughout  the day.

The courses are very "hands on" and practical in nature, the accent is on the minimum of verbal instruction and learning by doing. The physical effort involved is not great, and at any rate help should always be asked from your walling colleagues if the stones are heavy to move.

Course Registration and Gift Vouchers

Gift Vouchers for the courses are available as well for £60 - which make an excellent present idea for a birthday or other occasion, these physical vouchers can be purchased by contacting us at
